Dwayne advanced his leadership skills to obtain his contractor's license and starting a business. He has successfully completed major commercial and residential projects around the state, in addition to numerous tenant improvements.

He has built a favorable reputation with planning departments around the region for having clean work that typically passes inspection the first time. Inspectors like dealing with Dwayne because he is respectful and works with them to get phases passed.

KC Green, Superintendent. KC manages all aspects of a project on the job site. KC brings to Legendary, 6 years experience in all phases of commercial construction, with seven years as a superintendent with Buntain Construction, Inc., which was among the region's top 25 largest commercial builders.

He meets deadlines under pressure, without affecting quality.

He began as a laborer in his teen years, where he honed his skills and knowledge about raised foundations, metal-and-wood-stud framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural framing.

He has managed commercial projects as large as 100,000 square feet of new construction tilt panel buildings, is highly knowledgeable about all phases, and is a quick thinker for problem solving.

He promotes and practices good job-site safety, and complies with OSHA and labor board practices.
